Switchboard work is a specialty. I spent years in commercial construction focused on switchboard installations and I bring that expertise to residential work.
If your home is still running on ceramic fuses, or you don't have safety switches on all circuits, it's worth getting it looked at. Not because it's necessarily dangerous right now - but because it's better to know than not know, and an upgrade is a straightforward job when you're ready for it.

I work with property managers on maintenance and compliance work across their portfolios. I respond fast, invoice clearly, and give you documentation you can file. If you've got a portfolio with properties that haven't had their electrical looked at in a while, I also offer compliance sweeps.
